At Office Vitality, we’re passionate about helping teams thrive. This year, we’re introducing exciting new offerings: Breathworks, Happiness Hub, and Vision Workshops to bring fresh and impactful experiences to your team. To support your team’s well-being in 2025, we’ve curated a month-by-month guide to key well-being events.
January: Vision Workshop and Happiness Hub
Start the year with purpose and positivity. We’re excited to introduce two new workshops this year: the Vision Workshop, which helps your team set meaningful goals, and the Happiness Hub, exploring science-backed habits to boost happiness.
February: Heart Health for Valentine’s Day
Support physical and mental well-being with our Desk Yoga Workshop. Gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation help relieve tension and improve posture, promoting heart health and vitality.
March: International Women’s Day (8th March)
Celebrate and empower the women in your workplace with our Wellbeing at Work workshop or our Women’s Health Nutrition Workshop. This session focuses on dietary choices that support hormonal balance, energy, and overall well-being for women.
May: Mental Health Awareness Week
Encourage open conversations and practical solutions for mental health with our Wellbeing at Work Workshop. This session is based on science-backed research, endorsed by the charity Mind, and focuses on the Five Keys to Wellbeing to boost happiness, mental health, and engagement in the workplace.
June: International Men’s Health Week (9–15th)
Focus on men’s well-being with our Exel under pressure Workshop designed to help you work to your potential while maintaining balance with our tools and tips to reduce stress at work.
September: International Happiness Week (6–10th)
Create a positive workplace during this globally recognized week with our Happiness Hub Workshop. Discover science-backed habits for happiness, including 5 steps to Happiness: Connect, Exercise, Meditation, Focus on the Good Stuff, and Do Good Feel Good. This session empowers teams to make daily choices that improve mental health and well-being.
November: Stress Awareness Day (6th November)
Address end-of-year pressures with our Breathworks Session. This practice focuses on breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance focus. Perfect for teams navigating high-pressure environments.
December: Festive Treats
Celebrate the season with Office Massages or a festive Laughter Yoga Party. Show your appreciation and end the year on a high note.
